The Beginning
I am looking forward in bringing you guys news and great topics in general regarding the Houston transportation scene. As a business owner I know what it takes to provide customers with the best services. I love to wake up every day and research new ways in growing my business and understanding what the general public wants and needs from the services my company provides.
My Airport Service Company mainly focuses in IAH Transportation, which is a highly competitive business, which continues to grow in the Houston area. So far from what I have noticed everyone’s approach to being successful in this business is competitive prices. While this has proven very successful for “some” of my competitors they have completely forgotten about the most important part of this business. The most important part about the transportation business in my opinion is Customer service. I have seen my competitors fail countless of times in engaging their customers in a healthy relationship. Usually their customers will come, leave and use a different company the next time they travel.
My approach is to provide whoever uses my service with a great enough service that they will never want to use another service again. So while everyone focuses in paying for marketing their websites hoping they can get a quick trip out of someone I actually focus on providing quality service. What a crazy approach huh?
